Home Time: Typically, our drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on freight and location. We aim for weekly home time, though some 2-week periods may occur. The schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks, all less than three years old, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, enabling drivers to take their truck and trailer home with responsible secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All our dry van loads are 100% no-touch, primarily automotive freight, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average weekly pay of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 depending on your hiring location, with a weekly mileage of 2,500-2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Our routes mainly cover areas east of I-35, and dedicated drivers can expect up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the first of the month after 60 days. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
