Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - South Bend, IN
DBS Laredo is actively seeking skilled Solo CDL A drivers to join our well-established dry van fleet in South Bend. We prioritize your needs with reliable freight, competitive pay, and consistent home time in a respectful and supportive environment.

Your Role:
- Safely navigate your routes while adhering to traffic laws.
- Document deliveries thoroughly.
- Coordinate with dispatch for updates and schedules.
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license.
- Sufficient experience in truck driving.
- Strong adherence to safety practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
