Home Time: Drivers are typically out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, but some may experience 2-week periods. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset each Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive products, with 70% drop and hook operations to reduce dock waiting time.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. Base rates vary from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for achieving 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially covering 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month after 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
