Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
Work OTR dry van routes for HMD out of South Sioux City, NE, operating nationwide freight in modern company tractors. You'll run solo long-haul miles with dependable dispatch and on-site maintenance support.
Key duties:
- Safely operate dry van tractors on long-haul OTR lanes, maintain accurate logs and DOT compliance.
- Coordinate deliveries, secure cargo, and manage on-time drop-offs.
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report issues to in-house maintenance.
What you’ll get:
- Starting pay 65 CPM, weekly averages around 2,500 miles, plus safety, inspection, and referral bonuses.
- Trucks under 3 years with APUs, inverters, and sleepers, home every two weeks, and full benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k)).
Requirements: CDL-A and 12+ months verifiable experience.
