Home Time: Drivers are generally out for 1-2 weeks, depending on their location and freight. While we aim for weekly home time, two-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is composed of well-maintained trucks, no older than three years, including models from Peterbilt, International, and Freightliner. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers are welcome to take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All our dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, reducing waiting times at docks. We ensure 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Expect an average weekly income of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600, depending on your hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500 to 2,800. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Routes are primarily located east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to cover up to 3,000 miles each week. Our consistent freight lanes provide reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program, with eligibility for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
