OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Southaven, MS by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Serve as an OTR solo CDL-A dry van operator based in Southaven, MS for HMD Trucking, running nationwide freight lanes. The role focuses on safe, punctual deliveries, accurate cargo handling and professional communication with customers and dispatch.
What you'll do:
- Pilot company tractors under 3 years old equipped with sleepers, APUs and inverters.
- Complete DOT-compliant inspections, maintain logs and process electronic BOLs.
- Secure loads and report maintenance or safety issues to in-house support.
Requirements & perks: Must have a CDL-A and 12 months’ experience. Pay starts at 65 CPM with roughly 2,500 miles weekly potential, safety and referral bonuses, regular home time, and full benefits including health and retirement options.
