HMD Trucking is actively seeking skilled OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers for nationwide freight operations. Benefit from a solid mileage pay starting at 60 CPM, averaging 2,500 miles weekly, and opportunities for bonuses through safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
Drivers have access to modern trucks, all under 3 years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and sleepers, with consistent in-house maintenance support. Expect to be home every two weeks and enjoy a full range of benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Requirements:
- CDL A license
- Minimum of 12 months of driving experience

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
