Join our Sparks team as a Dry Van Company Driver! We are seeking experienced OTR drivers to cover all 48 states, ensuring consistent miles and excellent pay.

Your Benefits Include:

• Competitive pay of $0.67 cpm W2 or $0.70 cpm 1099.
• Average weekly take-home pay ranging from $1500.00 to $1800.00.
• Work with dry van and live load deliveries.
• Enjoy weekly direct deposit for your earnings.
• Work schedule consists of 3 weeks on the road, followed by 1 week at home.
• Drive our 2023 & newer Cascadias, capped at 70 MPH.
• We cover your flight and hotel for the required road test and orientation.
