Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Spearfish, SD
DBS is actively looking for experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet in Spearfish. We offer consistent freight, competitive compensation, and reliable home time while ensuring our drivers are respected and supported.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a dry van truck to transport freight.
- Comply with safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Keep detailed records of trips and vehicle inspections.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL A license.
- At least 1 year of driving experience.
- Strong commitment to safety and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
