Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Spring Hill, KS
HMD Trucking is seeking skilled OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight across the nation. Our competitive pay begins at 77 CPM Split, with weekly mileage averaging approximately 5,000 miles. We offer bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.
What We Offer:
- Modern trucks, less than 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers.

Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months of driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
