Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Springfield, OH
HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to run freight nationwide. We offer a competitive pay structure starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages around 5,000 miles. Bonuses are offered for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.

Requirements:
- A valid CDL A license is essential.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
