Dry Van Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Starkville, MS
DBS Laredo is looking for dedicated Solo CDL A drivers to become part of our dry van fleet in Starkville, Mississippi. We pride ourselves on providing steady freight, competitive salaries, and dependable home time, ensuring that our drivers are respected and supported.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver freight to customers in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local driving regulations.
- Maintain thorough records of your deliveries and trips.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid CDL A license.
- Previous driving experience with a good safety record.
- Strong commitment to safety and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
