Are you a CDL-A driver on the lookout for an OTR opportunity that combines competitive pay with modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, you'll be out for 1-2 weeks at a time based on location and freight. While we strive for weekly home time, 2-week periods may occur. Your schedule will run Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet features well-maintained trucks that are no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Every truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting times. We provide 100% no-touch freight, primarily made up of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week depending on your hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500-2,800 miles. Your base rate will be .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may qualify for dedicated accounts.
