Home Time: Typically, you will be out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time; however, some 2-week periods may occur. Your schedule will run Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads comprise 70% drop and hook operations, reducing dock waiting times significantly. We offer 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: You can expect an average weekly income of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on your hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500-2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers may achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance will start on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may qualify for dedicated accounts.
