Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may occur. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, driving approximately 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. Our competitive base rates range from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for maintaining 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our primary routes extend east of I-35, allowing dedicated drivers to achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes provide reliable mileage and income.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. Vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program are available. After 90 days, you may also be eligible for dedicated accounts.
