Home Time: Typically out for 1-2 weeks, varying by location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is maintained to high standards, featuring trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads include 70% drop and hook operations, which reduce dock waiting times significantly. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, mainly consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on hiring location, with weekly mileage between 2,500 and 2,800 miles. Base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for maintaining 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with potential for up to 3,000 miles weekly for dedicated drivers. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program, with eligibility for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
