Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Tacoma, WA

Are you a CDL-A driver seeking a fulfilling W2 opportunity with excellent pay and modern equipment? American Trucking Group invites you to join our team as a Dry Van driver, offering routes throughout the country with significant earning potential.

Home Time:

• 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 4-5 days at home, allowing for extended earning periods and valuable family time.

Equipment:

• Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts for comfort during extended trips.

No Touch Freight:

• Manage refrigerated freight with a 100% no-touch policy across all 48 states, including specialized routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles:

• Earn an average of $1,600 to $1,800 per week, with $0.60 CPM and $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, paid at $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit-sharing bonus at the end of the year.

Running Area:

• OTR covering all 48 states, providing a variety of refrigerated freight opportunities to maximize your earning potential.

Benefits:

• Enjoy a 1099 independent contractor position with a passenger policy available for those over 18 at no additional cost. A pet policy is also available with a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition upon return.
