Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Tallahassee, FL
HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight nationwide. We offer competitive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with an average of about 5,000 miles weekly, along with bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and driver referrals.
Our Offerings Include:
- Access to modern trucks that are less than 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support to ensure your truck runs smoothly.
- Home every two weeks and full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
If you're a CDL A license holder with a minimum of 12 months of experience, HMD is the place for you to grow your career with competitive pay and a focus on safety.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
