Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Tempe, AZ
Are you a CDL-A driver in pursuit of a fulfilling independent contractor opportunity with excellent pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we provide W2 roles featuring dry van routes across all 48 states and considerable earning potential. Experience the freedom of independent contracting with competitive compensation and profit-sharing opportunities.
Home Time:
- Spend 3-4 weeks on the road with 4-5 days at home, allowing for extended earning periods followed by quality time with family.
Equipment:
- Operate 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts, designed for comfort during long trips.
No Touch Freight:
- Enjoy the benefits of dry van freight with 100% no-touch operations across all 48 states, including specialized routes for optimal efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings of $1,600 to $1,800 per week, with $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, paid $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit share bonus at year-end.
Running Area:
- OTR coverage across all 48 states with a range of dry van freight opportunities for maximum earning potential.
Benefits:
- W2 independent contractor position with a passenger policy for individuals over 18 at no cost. A pet policy with a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition at return is also available.
