Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, though some 2-week periods may occur. Your schedule will run Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and includes trucks no older than three years, such as Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, with all dry van loads primarily consisting of automotive products and 70% drop and hook operations to reduce dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week depending on your hiring location, with weekly mileage from 2,500 to 2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Most routes are located east of I-35, with dedicated drivers able to achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes provide reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may qualify for dedicated accounts.
