Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - The Villages, FL
HMD Trucking is seeking seasoned OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight across the country. Our mileage pay starts at an impressive 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages of approximately 5,000 miles and bonuses for safe driving, inspections, and referrals.
What We Provide:
- Modern trucks, under 3 years old, featuring APUs and inverters for your comfort.
- Dependable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every two weeks.

Eligibility:
- Valid CDL A license is required.
- A minimum of 12 months of driving experience.
- Commitment to safety and professionalism is a must.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
