Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Thompson, ND
Join HMD Trucking as an experienced OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Driver, transporting freight nationwide.
What We Provide:
- Strong mileage pay beginning at 60 CPM.
- Weekly averages of approximately 2,500 miles.
- Bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
- Modern trucks, under 3 years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and sleepers.
- Dependable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every three weeks.
- Full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
If you hold a CDL A license and have 12 months of experience, join our team for competitive pay and a commitment to safety and success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights home
