Home Time: Typically, you will be out for 1-2 weeks depending on your location and freight. We strive for weekly home time; however, there may be instances where you are out for 2-week periods. Your schedule will run from Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks that are no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting times. We guarantee 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350 to $1,600 per week depending on your hiring location, with weekly miles typically ranging from 2,500 to 2,800. Our base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily focusing on the area east of I-35, dedicated drivers can potentially achieve up to 3,000 miles per week, with consistent freight lanes ensuring reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of service. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you will also be eligible for dedicated accounts.
