Home Time: You can expect to be out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on freight and location. While we aim for weekly home time, there may be instances requiring 2-week periods. Our work schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We maintain a fleet of trucks that are no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Every truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch, mainly consisting of automotive freight, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: You can expect to earn an average weekly pay of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on your hiring location, driving between 2,500 to 2,800 miles weekly. Base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our primary routes are located east of I-35, and dedicated drivers have the potential to attain up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days. Other benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may also qualify for dedicated accounts.
