Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Toms River, NJ
DBS Laredo is looking for skilled Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet in Toms River. We provide steady freight, competitive compensation, and reliable home time while ensuring our drivers feel respected and supported.
Key Duties:
- Safely transport freight to designated locations.
- Comply with traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain detailed logs and records of deliveries.
Qualifications Required:
- Valid CDL A.
- Previous experience as a solo driver is preferred.
- A clean driving record with a focus on safety.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
