Home Time:

• Typically out 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, though two-week periods may occur.
• Schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment:

• Our fleet consists of vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
• All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight:

• All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, greatly reducing dock waiting times.
• 100% no-touch freight primarily involves automotive loads for more efficient operations.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 weekly based on hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
• Base pay rates of .45, .50, or .55 CPM plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area:

• Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially achieving 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits:

• Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
• Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
