Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Tuscaloosa, AL
DBS is looking for talented Solo CDL A drivers to join our dedicated dry van fleet. We offer steady freight, competitive pay, and dependable home time while ensuring our drivers feel supported and respected.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver freight safely and on time to various locations.
- Comply with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain detailed delivery logs and records.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Prior experience in driving, particularly with dry vans.
- A strong focus on safety and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
