Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Urbandale, IA
Join HMD Trucking as we seek experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to deliver freight nationwide. We offer solid mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with an average weekly mileage of 5,000 miles, in addition to bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections.
What We Provide:
- Modern trucks under three years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping quarters.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every two weeks.

Qualifications Needed:
- Valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
