Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Urbandale, IA
HMD Trucking is seeking experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to run freight across the country. We offer competitive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages near 5,000 miles, plus bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
What We Offer Drivers:
- Trucks that are modern and under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and spacious sleepers.
- Dependable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every two weeks.

Candidate Requirements:
- Must hold a valid CDL A license.
- A minimum of 12 months of driving experience is required.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
