Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may occur occasionally. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We maintain a fleet of trucks that are no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting time. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 per week based on hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. Base rates of $0.45, $0.50, or $0.55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers may reach up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month following 60 days of employment. Vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program are available. After 90 days, dedicated accounts may become available.
