Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks at a time based on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time but 2-week stretches may happen. Our schedule operates Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, and drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All of our dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads, ensuring efficient operations with 70% drop and hook practices to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week depending on your hiring location, with weekly mileage between 2,500-2,800 miles. Our base rates range from .45, .50, to .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Drivers primarily operate east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to cover 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes guarantee dependable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance kicks in on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may qualify for dedicated accounts.
