Home Time: Typically, our drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs from Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: We manage all dry van loads with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time. All freight is 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles each week. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve as much as 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days. Our benefits package includes vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
