Home Time: Drivers are usually out for 1-2 weeks at a time based on freight and location. We aim for weekly home time, although some 2-week periods may occur. Our operation runs Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset each Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, and drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All our dry van loads are no-touch, with 70% drop and hook operations that significantly reduce dock waiting time. Our freight primarily consists of automotive loads for efficient delivery.

Pay and Miles: Our drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week, depending on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles per week. The base rate varies from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: We primarily operate east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Our steady freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the first of the month following a 60-day period. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K plan. Dedicated accounts become available after 90 days of employment.
