Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Virginia Beach, VA
DBS is seeking skilled Solo CDL A drivers to become part of our dry van fleet in Virginia Beach. We prioritize steady freight and offer competitive pay, ensuring our drivers feel valued and supported.

Your Role Includes:
- Safely operating dry van trucks to deliver goods.
- Following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintaining accurate logs and records for each trip.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Previous experience as a truck driver.
- Commitment to safety and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
