OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Virginia Beach, VA by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Drive OTR with HMD Trucking, shipping dry van freight nationwide from Virginia Beach, VA. Our modern fleet offers trucks under three years old with APUs, inverters, and sleeper cabs.
What You’ll Do:
- Travel approximately 2,500 miles weekly at 65 CPM
- Uphold safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Receive bonuses for safety, inspections, and referrals
Enjoy home time every two weeks, in-house maintenance support, and a comprehensive benefits plan covering health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k). Candidates need a CDL A license and at least 12 months of OTR experience.
