Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Wahoo, NE
HMD Trucking is actively seeking experienced OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers to handle freight across the country. We offer an attractive mileage pay beginning at 60 CPM, with weekly averages around 2,500 miles, plus bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
What We Provide:
- Modern trucks, under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping quarters.
- Reliable in-house maintenance assistance.
- Home every two weeks.
- Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Qualifications:
- A valid CDL A license is required.
- At least 12 months of driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
