Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, but longer periods may occur. Our schedule runs from Monday through Saturday with a complete 34-hour reset each Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet includes trucks no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are outfitted with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, enabling drivers to take their trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times. We provide 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 based on your hiring location, with mileage between 2,500 and 2,800 weekly. Base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for maintaining 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily focus on areas east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially achieving up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment, along with vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts are available after 90 days.
