Home Time: Typically, our drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on their location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, though two-week stretches may happen. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is modern and well-maintained, featuring trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with responsibility for secured parking.

No Touch Freight: We operate exclusively with dry van loads, using 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times. All freight is 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500 to 2,800. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily cover areas east of I-35, with dedicated drivers achieving up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Drivers qualify for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
