Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Washburn, MO
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of a rewarding OTR position with great pay and modern vehicles? At American Trucking Group, we offer refrigerated routes throughout the continental U.S. with exceptional compensation and a range of benefits. Home Time:
- OTR drivers typically spend 3 weeks on the road and enjoy 3 days at home.
- Drivers located within 100 miles of Washburn can extend their time at home to 14 days for a better work-life balance.
Equipment:
- Drive our fleet of 2020 or newer Volvo trucks, equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, and refrigerators.
- Trucks are governed at 70 MPH to ensure safety and fuel efficiency while providing modern comforts.
No Touch Freight:
- 100% no-touch freight, hauling general goods and food in 53-foot reefer trailers. Our routes cover all 48 states with notable opportunities on the West Coast, excluding NYC.
Pay and Miles:
- Solo drivers earn $0.54 CPM with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
- Team drivers earn $0.60 CPM with a $2,500 sign-on bonus per driver.
- Average earnings exceed $1,500 per week, plus additional compensation for detention ($15/hour), stop pay ($15 per drop), and layover pay ($75/day).
Running Area:
- Covering all 48 states with ample West Coast freight opportunities. Benefit from a comprehensive fuel network through Loves stations and EZ Pass for toll coverage.
Benefits:
- Medical insurance available after 30 days with Blue Cross Blue Shield.
- Pet policy included, and a passenger policy after 6 months of safe driving, along with a $500 transition bonus on your first paycheck.
