Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although two-week periods may occur. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and consists of vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting times. Our freight is 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, to $1,600 depending on the hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles a month.

Running Area: Primarily running east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially reaching 3,000 miles weekly. Our reliable freight lanes ensure steady mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K plan. Dedicated accounts are available after 90 days.
