HMD Trucking invites seasoned OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight across the nation. We provide competitive mileage compensation beginning at 60 CPM, averaging approximately 2,500 miles weekly. Enjoy additional incentives for safe driving, clean inspections, and successful referrals.
Experience the comfort of our modern fleet, with trucks under 3 years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and sleeper cabs, supported by dependable in-house maintenance. Drivers are home every two weeks and receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license
- Minimum of 12 months of driving experience

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home
