Are you a CDL-A driver in search of a lucrative independent contractor opportunity with great pay and modern equipment? American Trucking Group is inviting Dry Van Company Drivers in Waterloo, IA, to consider 1099 positions with refrigerated routes across all 48 states.

Home Time:

• Be on the road for 3-4 weeks, then enjoy 4-5 days at home, balancing strong earnings with valuable family time.

Equipment:

• Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, featuring diesel APU, inverters, mini-fridges, and TV mounts designed for comfort on extended journeys.

No Touch Freight:

• Work with refrigerated freight, benefiting from 100% no-touch operations across all 48 states, including specialized routes through the East Coast and Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings of $1,600 to $1,800 per week, with a competitive $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, distributed as $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit-sharing bonus at year-end.

Running Area:

• OTR covering all 48 states, ensuring diverse refrigerated freight opportunities for maximum earning potential.

Benefits:

• 1099 independent contractor position with a no-cost passenger policy for those over 18 years. A pet policy is also available with a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition upon return.
