Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Watertown, SD
DBS Laredo is looking for skilled Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet in Watertown. We offer consistent freight, excellent pay, and reliable home time while ensuring our drivers feel valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport goods using our dry van trailers.
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of deliveries and trips.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Experience as a solo driver with a proven track record.
- Strong commitment to safety and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
