Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Waterville, ME

Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an independent contractor role with great pay and up-to-date equipment? At American Trucking Group, we provide 1099 opportunities with dry van routes throughout all 48 states, ensuring lucrative earning potential. Experience the independence of contracting with attractive compensation and profit-sharing options.

Home Time:

  • 3-4 weeks out with 4-5 days at home, allowing for extended earning periods followed by quality family time.

Equipment:

  • Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks that feature diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts. Our modern fleet prioritizes your comfort during long hauls.

No Touch Freight:

  • Enjoy 100% no-touch freight operations with dry van loads across the entire country, including routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles:

  • Average earnings of $1,600 to $1,800 per week with $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered, paid $150 per week for the first 10 weeks, alongside a 10% profit-sharing bonus at the end of the year.

Running Area:

  • OTR covering all 48 states with varied dry van freight opportunities, including specialized routes for optimal earning potential.

Benefits:

  • 1099 independent contractor position with a passenger policy for those 18 and older at no cost. A pet policy is also available with a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition upon return.
