Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate cross-country runs with a partner
- Manage load planning and handoffs efficiently
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and FMCSA compliance
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
Compensation & Benefits:
- 77 CPM split, averaging ~5,000 miles weekly
- Late-model trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers
- Safety, inspection, and referral bonuses
- Home time every three weeks; health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k)
Applicants need a valid CDL A and at least 12 months of driving experience.
