Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
Join HMD Trucking operating out of Waukesha, WI to run OTR dry van freight across the country with reliable routes and predictable miles.
You'll be assigned solo long-haul runs in late-model trucks (under three years) featuring APUs, inverters, and sleepers, with dedicated in-house maintenance support.
Daily Work:
- Safely drive and deliver dry van freight on regional and national routes.
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections, secure loads, and keep accurate logs.
Qualifications & Perks:
- Must hold a CDL-A and have at least 12 months driving experience.
- Starting pay at 65 CPM, typical weekly miles near 2,500, plus safety/inspection/referral bonuses; home every two weeks and full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
