OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Weirton, WV by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

HMD Trucking seeks experienced OTR solo CDL-A dry van drivers from Weirton, WV to haul nationwide freight. You’ll run long-haul lanes, protect loads, and follow DOT rules for safe, timely delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Safely operate dry van equipment on interstate routes and maintain cargo integrity.
- Complete accurate logs, pre/post-trip inspections, and delivery paperwork.
- Coordinate with dispatch to optimize routing and on-time performance.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable OTR driving experience.
- Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT testing.
Pay starts at 65 CPM with weekly averages near 2,500 miles, plus safety/referral bonuses. Drivers run modern trucks under 3 years (APUs, inverters, sleepers), have in-house maintenance support, biweekly home time, and full benefits.
