Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
Based in Wells, VT, you'll operate solo OTR dry-van freight across the country, delivering dependable service on national lanes. HMD equips drivers with late-model tractors that include sleepers, APUs and inverters, plus in-house maintenance support to maximize uptime and comfort.
What you'll do:
- Run assigned OTR dry van routes, manage secure load handling and on-time deliveries.
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and report mechanical needs to maintenance.
- Coordinate with dispatch on routing, delivery windows, and load details.
Qualifications & perks:
- Valid CDL-A and minimum 12 months of verifiable experience.
