Home Time: Drivers are generally out 1-2 weeks based on location and freight demands. While we aim for weekly home time, some drivers may experience stretches of up to 2 weeks. The work schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-kept, consisting of vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the flexibility to take their trucks and trailers home, with secured parking being their responsibility.

No Touch Freight: We operate with 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, and 70% of our operations involve drop and hook, minimizing dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Anticipate weekly earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on your hiring location, with a mileage range of 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. Our base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for reaching 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our steady freight lanes ensure dependable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days of service.
