Home Time:

• Work 3-4 weeks on the road with 4-5 days off at home, allowing you to balance work and family life effectively.

Equipment:

• Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts, designed for your comfort during long hauls.

No Touch Freight:

• Enjoy 100% no-touch operations for refrigerated freight across all 48 states, including routes on the East Coast and Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings range from $1,600 to $1,800 weekly, with $0.60 CPM and an additional $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is paid at $150 per week for the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit share bonus at the end of the year.

Running Area:

• OTR covering all 48 states, providing diverse refrigerated freight opportunities, including specialized routes for maximum earnings.

Benefits:

• As a 1099 independent contractor, you will have a passenger policy for those 18+ at no extra cost and a pet policy available for a $500 refundable deposit based on the truck's condition upon return.
