Dry Van Company Truck Driver (W-2) - West Des Moines, IA
DBS Laredo is looking for experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet in West Des Moines. Experience steady freight, competitive pay, and reliable home time in a respectful environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Safely transport freight and adhere to delivery schedules.
- Follow all safety and traffic laws.
- Maintain accurate delivery records.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Proven experience in truck driving.
- Strong commitment to safety.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
